About Rezberry

Created and founded by Kristen Rezabek a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, and Culinarian. Rezberry Nutrition seeks to provide clients with the most up-to-date nutrition information and research combined with culinary knowledge and technique to increase their awareness and ability to prepare delicious, healthy meals.

Education and Experience

Kristen graduated with honors with a master's degree in Nutrition Education from California State University, Chico. Previously she had completed her bachelors with a major in Dietetics and Food Administration and a minor in Business Administration at CSUC. She went on to do a clinical internship at the University of San Francisco Medical Center.

She worked as a Clinical Dietitian for Good Samaritan Hospital and then as the Nutrition Manager for a non-profit Senior Nutrition Program, Senior Services of Snohomish County. Her love of culinary arts led to enrollment at the Art Institute of Seattle's culinary program where she graduated with honors. She combined her passion of food and nutrition to form Rezberry Nutrition to assist others in making the connection that delicious food can also be good for you. She’s now raising her son to be part of the next generation of healthy eaters.
